MetrolinkSt. Louis’ location near the center of the country makes it easy to get here from any part of the continental United States, so no matter where you come from, you will be close to home. And Washington University is only about 15 minutes from Lambert-St. Louis International Airport.

It’s easy to get around St. Louis, too—with or without a car. For those studying on the Danforth Campus, the public transit system of MetroBuses and MetroLink, the light rail system, regularly make trips to the Medical Campus, movie theaters, shopping malls, grocery stores, and surrounding neighborhoods where students live. With your Metro pass, you an take the Metro to Clayton, downtown attractions, or the airport at no cost.

The WeCar program offers hourly rental of hybrid vehicles to all members of the Washington University community. Washington University's WeCars are located in several areas on campus, and the online reservation system allows for quick and easy access to a vehicle when you need it!
