Visit Campus

Nothing beats personal experience. The Office of Undergraduate Admissions encourages you and your family to visit Washington University and immerse yourself in St. Louis’ culture. We also welcome group tours.

For those looking to visit campus on a specific date, you can customize your campus visit to suit your personal interests. Please visit the Campus Visit Planner & Registration to view tour and information times for your chosen date.

Tours, which include the main campus and the residence houses, last up to 1.5 hours, so you need to wear comfortable shoes.

Campus Visit Programs

For those looking for specialized visit activities, throughout the year we also offer a variety of campus visit programs. These specialized visits include:

College Kickstart offers high school sophomores and juniors and their parents an introduction to researching and applying to college. Explore the options and opportunities to help guide your college application plans.
Special Visit Days offer information and discussion sessions with professors and current students for applications with particular academic or athletic interests.
Open House Days combine campus information sessions and tours with an opportunity to meet and mingle with members of our community.
Spring Preview (for admitted students only) offers the chance to get to know the campus better and learn what daily life is like at WUSTL. Attend information sessions or lunch with current students, take a specialized tour of your school or college, and meet with a financial aid counselor if you choose.
