In order to have access to the WUSTL Pathway on our website and receive updates via email, you must register a valid, unique email address and select a password.

The WUSTL Pathway on our website is the only source of accurate information regarding the status of your application to Washington University. We expect applicants to check it regularly. In addition, you must login to the WUSTL Pathway to apply online for Academic Scholarship and Fellowship Programs (freshmen only), University Scholars Program (freshmen only), register for invitation-only campus events, view your admission decision, and submit your Room and Board Application online (admitted freshmen only).

If you would prefer to not have your application status available online, or you decide you would like to opt out of email, please contact your application processor.

Instructions:

• Registered Email Address/Login ID: You must register a valid, unique email address. This email address will be your Login ID. Please keep your registered email address/Login ID in a safe location as you will use it every time you sign in to the WUSTL Pathway.
• Password: Your password must be at least 8 characters long and meet at least three of the following requirements: one lower case letter, one upper case letter, one number, and/or one special character (!, @, #, $, %, ^, &, *, -, _, +, =, ~).; The password can be no more than 15 characters long. The password is case sensitive. Please keep your password in a safe location as you will use it every time you sign in to the WUSTL Pathway.
• What to do if you forgot your password: Please click here to reset your password. You will need to enter your registered email address. After you submit the form, you will receive an email at your registered email address with instructions. Follow the link in the email to reset your password. For security reasons, this link will expire in 3 hours from the time you submit the form.
• What to do if you want to change your password: Please click here to change your password. You will need to enter your registered email address and current password. Your new password will be effective immediately.
• What to do if you forgot your registered email address: If you have already registered to use the WUSTL Pathway, but you do not know which email address you registered, please contact your application processor for assistance.

Helpful Hints:

• Enable Pop-ups: Please make sure that pop-up windows are enabled in your browser on our site in order to view the links available in the WUSTL Pathway.
• Unhandled Exception Error: If you receive an Unhandled Exception Error, please close all browsers and try again. This typically solves the problem. See below for information on Bookmarks/Favorites as the cause of Unhandled Exception Errors.
• Bookmarks/Favorites: If you wish to bookmark or favorite the WUSTL Pathway, please use the main login page (http://admissions.wustl.edu/pathway/Pages/login.aspx). If you bookmark/favorite a page that can only be accessed when logged in to the WUSTL Pathway (a scholarship or University Scholars Program application page, etc.), you will receive an Unhandled Exception Error when you attempt to access that page through the bookmark/favorite. Please close all browsers and login at the main login page.
