- Before you begin to schedule your visit with the online visit planner, please read the information on this website and consider what you would like to do while on campus.
- Please do not make non-refundable travel plans before you receive confirmation of your visit.
- Please do not use the online visit planner to schedule a group visit. We welcome group visits throughout the year. If your group would like to visit campus, please contact our Special Group Visit Coordinator directly at (800) 638-0700 or (314) 935-8226.
- If you wish to visit campus within the next 7 days, please do not use the online visit planner. To schedule your visit, please call our Visit Coordinators at (800) 638-0700 or (314) 935-6000, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Central Time.
- If you wish to schedule your campus visit on a date more than 3 months in the future, please do not use the online visit planner. Please check this website for updates, or call our Campus Visit Coordinators.
- We encourage all visitors to participate in an information session and campus tour, when available. If you do not select an information session or campus tour, and they are offered on the day of your visit, we will reserve space for you and include them on your personalized itinerary.
- If you wish to schedule a special appointment with someone on campus, please allow as much time as possible so we may fulfill your request. We recommend at least two weeks. Appointments and interviews are scheduled during normal office hours—Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. through 5:00 p.m.
- We encourage prospective students to schedule an interview during the spring of their junior year or during their senior year. On-campus interviews end in February for current high school seniors.
- If you are planning to go directly to the airport from campus, list a departure time that is 2-3 hours before your anticipated flight time.
- If you are traveling to Washington University from outside the United States, please be aware that we are unable to provide visa documentation or formal letters of invitation for your visit.
