To schedule your campus visit:

• If you already started your application for admission and you have a WUSTL Pathway Registered Email Address/Login ID and Password, please login to the WUSTL Pathway to access the online visit planner so that you may register for invitation-only campus events.
• If you do not have a WUSTL Pathway Registered Email Address/Login ID and Password, you may still use the online visit planner to schedule your visit.
• If you already know the dates you will be visiting Washington University, you may use the online visit planner to view the activities that will be available while you are on campus. Or, view the Campus Visit Schedule to learn when information sessions and campus tours will be offered.
• Although we do not require interviews as part of the admission process, prospective students are encouraged to schedule an interview during the spring of their junior year or during their senior year. On-campus interviews end in February for current high school seniors.
• If you are requesting to schedule an appointment with someone on campus, please schedule your visit as soon as possible—at least 2 weeks before you arrive on campus. Appointments and interviews are scheduled during normal office hours—Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. through 5:00 p.m.
• One of our Visit Coordinators will contact you if we have any questions about your request.
• Please do not make non-refundable travel plans until you receive confirmation of your visit.

Online Visit Planner Help

• For best results, use Internet Explorer to access the online visit planner.
• If you wish to visit campus within the next 7 days, or if you are planning to visit more than 3 months in the future, you will not be able to use the online visit planner. Please call our Visit Coordinators for assistance.
• If you are traveling to Washington University from outside the United States, please be aware that we are unable to provide visa documentation or formal letters of invitation for your visit.
• The Online Visit Planner is only for prospective undergraduate students. If you wish to visit one of our graduate or professional programs, please contact the program directly.
