Counselor Visit – Spring 2023

During your visit, you will tour WashU and the city of St. Louis, and you will meet members of the WashU community, including faculty, deans, admissions officers, and current students.  At the end of your visit, you will have an opportunity to share some of your observations and insights with us.

Booking travel

If you are flying to St. Louis, please call Bonnie Sacco-Meyer with TravelPlex travel agency, at (314) 991-5424 to make your travel arrangements. Please finalize your travel arrangements by February 3. Be sure to indicate that you are a counselor attending the Spring 2023 Counselor Visit Program at Washington University.

Tentative itinerary

Formal programming will begin at 4:45 p.m. on Wednesday, March 29, so you should plan to arrive in St. Louis by 2:00 p.m.  Programming will end at Noon on Friday, March 31.
