We invite you to stroll our campus, walk our hallways, and meet your future classmates. There are a variety of opportunities that allow you to customize your experience while visiting WashU.

Information session

Led by an Admissions Officer, the general information session broadly covers WashU and its five undergraduate colleges. You’ll hear about the student experience, academic life, special program, research opportunities, advising, and the admissions and financial aid process.

Campus tour

Campus tours cover the main campus and the residential colleges. They can last up to 1.5 hours, so be sure to wear comfortable shoes!

Interview

We don’t require interviews as part of the admissions application process, although we encourage you to have an interview if you’re visiting campus. To request an interview, schedule your campus visit online.

The last day for a senior interview is Friday, January 31, 2020.

Interview

Portfolio review

If you’re applying to either the College of Art or College of Architecture, both located in the Sam Fox School of Design and Visual Arts, you may request an individual portfolio review during your campus visit. This review fulfills the portfolio requirement for your application for admission to the College of Art.

There will be special programming and visit days for admitted students during April. You’ll receive more information about the dates and programs available with your offer of admission. If you’re an admitted student, we encourage you to visit after that information is available.
