Booking travel

If you are flying to St. Louis, please call Bonnie Sacco-Meyer with TravelPlex travel agency at 314-991-5424 to make your travel arrangements. Please finalize your travel arrangements as soon as possible but no later than December 4. Be sure to indicate that you are a counselor attending the STARS Workshop for Rural Counselors at WashU. To ensure that all counselors are on the campus and able to participate in our full schedule of programming, we would like all flights to arrive in St. Louis by 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 6. During our closing breakfast we want to hear your thoughts about our time together, so we can continue to program valuable content and experiences for counselors. Our expectation is that departures will begin around 12:00 p.m. on Friday, March 8, to make sure all can participate.

If you choose to travel by car to St. Louis, we will reimburse you for your mileage or up to the cost of roundtrip airfare to and from your home address. The IRS standard mileage rate is currently 65.5 cents/mile.

The counselors will be staying at Hampton Inn & Suites in Clayton.
