Thanks for your interest in visiting WashU!

Special Group Visits are offered for students in grades 9 through 12 and in groups of 5 to 44 students. One chaperone is required for every 10 students.

Contact us at groupvisit@wustl.edu to begin the process of scheduling your group visit at least 2 weeks before your preferred visit date. Organizers will receive a link to submit a visit request form.

All group visits are held on Wednesdays in either the morning or afternoon. You will be asked to select your first and second choice of dates on the form.

Requests are reviewed and given a response within 10 days of submission. Please know that we may not be able to accommodate all requests.

We encourage, but do not require, visitors to be vaccinated. All visitors are required to wear a mask while indoors on WashU’s campus. We request that non-vaccinated visitors remained masked throughout the entirety of the visit—both indoors and outdoors. On the morning of your visit, you will receive an email with instructions on how to complete our visitor screening. Please note: Failure to screen will result in cancellation of your visit. If you arrive on campus without screening you will be required to screen on-site before you will be checked in. Anyone failing the screening will not be allowed on campus. See https://covid19.wustl.edu/ for more information.

Please note, the Office of Undergraduate Admissions cannot accommodate visits for students below 9th grade.

Please reach out to our Group Visit team with any questions.
