Maxwell Juhas, Class of 2024

6504 Delmar Blvd.
St. Louis, MO 63130

Blueberry Hill is a Delmar Loop institution. One of the first restaurants to open on the strip, Blueberry Hill put Delmar on the map with its great food, extensive collection of pop culture memorabilia, and the amazing live music performances in its famous Duck Room, the favorite venue of rock n’ roll creator Chuck Berry. Without a doubt, Blueberry Hill has the best atmosphere on the Loop. Of course, it wouldn’t be Blueberry Hill without their great menu of American classics. My personal go-to is the Western burger, which is topped with an onion ring and a soft-spread cheddar cheese that is absolutely to die for, coming with a side of the crispiest coin-cut buffalo fries you’ll find in St. Louis. Whether you’re there for the food or the music, you’re all but guaranteed to see a whole slew of WashU students there, all having a great time.
